ECC International

ECC International, the leading process improvement solutions provider in Southeast Asia and a multinational company, was formally established in 1998. The company is exhibited a strong regional presence through offices in Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, China and India. We focus on process consulting, automation, solutions and learning outsourcing services. Our mission is to help companies achieve performance excellence by assisting them implement management systems and international standards/ best practices across multiple domains and industries.

ECCI Việt Nam

We approached the Vietnamese market in 2008. Due tothe success of projects, increasing of customers’ need as well as improving the service quality, ECCI Vietnam was officially operated in 2010. Up to now, we have focused on bringing our value to customers with two main services: Training and Consulting.

Number of trainees: ECCI Viet Nam has trained more than 300 trainees every year, of which 90% are key members or managerial hierarchies of the company.

Number of courses: average 30-35 courses every year

Consulting project: 60 (each project expanded from 01 to 02 years)

We now have 400 customers that are leading enterprises across a variety of functional areas including IT, energy, banking, etc.
